Habbine is a dual-qualified lawyer at the Paris and New York Bars.
She represents clients in dispute resolution procedures, namely transnational litigation (commercial, civil, labour, sports, and IP law matters) and international arbitration (CCI, KCAB, CAS).
She advises clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters at both the national and pan-European levels related to corporate law, commercial law, labour law, distribution and consumer law, digital law, and personal data protection. She has advised clients across various sectors, including construction, F&B, automotive, e-commerce, technology, fashion, and medical industries.
Prior to joining Archè, she worked in the Legal & Compliance (European HQ) Department of Samsung Electronics UK on EU competition and commercial law matters. She worked as a Korean Document Reviewer at Clutch Group in a complex, global financial services company investigation process. She gained experience in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate M&A departments of Bird & Bird ATMD (Singapore), Yulchon (South Korea) and Alerion (France).
She is a graduate of University College London (LLB) and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Masters in Law, Economics and Management - EU Law).
She successfully completed her professional training program and qualifying examination in Public and Private Medical Law at the École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux (EFB). She undertook her training and internships at several prestigious Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) hospitals, including Saint-Antoine, Hôtel-Dieu, Paul Brousse, Lariboisière, and Necker.
